​The appointment of new Mosque Takmir Committee members is an important step in ensuring that mosque management remains relevant, organised and in line with the needs of the community.

The Presentation of Appointment Letters for the Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Mosque New Takmir Committee Members for the 2026 to 2028 session was held on 24th January night. The appointment letters were presented by Awang Haji Amir Hisham bin Haji Masri, Acting Director of Mosque Affairs. 107 individuals are appointed for the 2026 to 2028 session. The function included a motivational talk titled, United Towards Mosque Takmir Excellence.​
